RETURNS
We do accept returns if the item is unused and in its original condition. The full order amount minus the postage charge is available to be refunded.
If goods were damaged upon receipt, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Please email cs@iylla.com with the subject line: "DAMAGED ITEM" and include your Order Number. Damages due to delivery will be reviewed and we will work with you closely to resolve the issue in the most reasonable manner possible.
Important Note: As our lashes are handmade, some discrepancies in hair assignment may occur. Please keep in mind that handmade lashes will not entirely look symmetrical. If the lashes differ from one another in regards to hair assignment, it does not constitute as a damaged item, therefore, replacements will be denied.
EXCHANGES
If you're not satisfied with your order, we'll be more than happy to exchange it for you within 30 days of receiving the order. Our top priority is to make sure that you're happy with everything, and we will work with you to make it right. Please let us know by filling out the contact form with your order number and description of the problem.
