Our lashes are popular amongst our community and influencers alike as they are comfortable, highly reusable, and accentuate the wearer's eyes without heavy eye makeup. Quite simply, they can transform a look in minutes.

Our lashes are made from ultra-fine Korean silk fibre, crafted using a light cotton blend to create the cotton band that gives it a weightless feeling.

It generally depends on how well you take care of them, but typically you can expect 15 times wears. Pro tip: always remember to remove the lash adhesives after each use and put it back in the lash case to retain its shape.

You should expect up to 15 hours of wear, with the right glue. We recommend adding a tad bit extra on the ends of the stripe to avoid the corners falling off. Another pro tip: trim the lashes to the correct length (so that they fit your eyes perfectly) to help them stay on as long as possible, and to avoid discomfort arising from brushing against the corner of your eyes.

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for contacting customs centers. In the event of a return, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

UK Standard Delivery takes between 7 and 10 working days from date of purchase and is free on all orders.

For Europe, US and other international deliveries, delivery times may vary depending on delivery location.

We do accept returns if the item is unused and in its original condition. The full order amount minus the postage charge is available to be refunded.

If goods were damaged upon receipt, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Please email cs@iylla.com with the subject line: "DAMAGED ITEM" and include your Order Number. Damages due to delivery will be reviewed and we will work with you closely to resolve the issue in the most reasonable manner possible.

Important Note: As our lashes are handmade, some discrepancies in hair assignment may occur. Please keep in mind that handmade lashes will not entirely look symmetrical. If the lashes differ from one another in regards to hair assignment, it does not constitute as a damaged item, therefore, replacements will be denied.

If you're not satisfied with your order, we'll be more than happy to exchange it for you within 30 days of receiving the order.
